Their time in Costa Rica was the perfect blend of learning, culture, and unforgettable adventures! Every morning began with engaging Spanish classes at CPI, where they discovered new words, improved their communication skills, and practiced directly with their wonderful familias anfitrionas, who welcomed them into their homes and gave them an authentic taste of local life.
The days were packed with vibrant activities that brought Costa Rican culture to life: they learned to cook traditional dishes in a Latin cooking class, filled the room with rhythm during an exciting Latin dance class, and immersed themselves in local traditions by painting their own colorful Boruca masks. They also explored the rich history of Costa Rican coffee during a tour of the Chimba coffee plantation, spent an incredible weekend getaway in Tucurrique, and discovered San Joaquín and Heredia through fun walking tours and treasure hunts.
Without a doubt, it was a complete and authentic Pura Vida experience!
