Day 1: March 15th, 2025 

Rise and shine! What best way to start our day than with a tour? An amazing guide took us around the streets of the capital city of Costa Rica, San José. Getting to learn lots of incredible historical facts. Did you know San José is the third city to have electric public lighting in the world? Amazing! We visited historical buildings like the National Theater and the San José Market. The weather was great and our city tour guide was a very interesting man, he even knew how to make us laugh while showing us this busy city!

 Day 1: February 13, 2025  

After hours of travel and some flights delay we landed en el país de la Pura Vida, the fresh air and blue sky greeted us. Right after a meal we visited the spanish school for the first time and meet our host families. They were waiting for us with a smile in their faces and so excited to see us, with their arms open they gave us a very tight hug then we went to our new home in Costa Rica. ¡Que la aventura comience!
 

Day 1: March 1st, 2025

The group arrived in Costa Rica full of excitement. After a delicious lunch, we set off to Monteverde to meet "Las familias Ticas". Once we arrived, the host families greeted us with warmth, and we enjoyed a traditional Costa Rican dinner together, it was the perfect start to our Costa Rican adventure! Los chicos están listos para comenzar a vivir "Pura Vida" y emocionados por sus siguientes aventuras.

Day 1

Bienvenidos a Monteverde. CPI is very happy to welcome TAMU students in its beautiful cloud forest campus with its beautiful weather, flora and fauna. The students were given a tour of the facilities and then they were introduced to their families. Everyone was so exited and nervous to meet their Costa Rican families but with a smile on their faces they greet them with a hug and headed to their new home. Tomorrow new adventures await!
